About the Center for Jewish Education (CJE)
As the premier Jewish education convener and facilitator in the greater Dallas community, the CJE will be expanding its offerings. Plus, it will continue to provide its many successful ongoing programs such as LearningFest, Yom Limud, the Jewish Youth Tzedakah Foundation, the Campership Incentive, and the Special Needs Initiative. Located at the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center, the CJE also maintains the newly remodeled Tycher Library. The library is open to the public and has an extensive collection of books, magazines, newspapers, audiobooks, DVDs and many other resources, all available at no charge. The Center for Jewish Education is proud to be the administrator of Israel Scholarships for high school students. Israel Scholarships are funded by the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, The Sylvan T. Baer Foundation, The Stephen F. Black Memorial Israel Teen Tour Scholarship Fund, and The Otto and Fannie Kriss Teen Tours to Israel Scholarship Fund.
